woohooooooooooo
i got one medal for my 5000m
i was in the 5th position for B BOYS
5000m was damm tiring for me
the weather is extremely hot

for my 1500m afternoon
my leg was quite pain
so i didn't do well in it
but nevertheless
i has run finish the race
although i was tired

after that accompany margaret back home
took bus with her
had a lot of fun in the bus
sent her until her lift there
hahas!!!
tml is ur 100m competition
do ur best alright
don't give too much stress in urself
u can do it piglet

now my leg is extremely pain
tml morning and afternoon i got two race to run

8.30am - 3000m
2pm - 800m

i will do my best in every event
